Are you an experienced, unpretentious property manager with post-secondary education and several years of experience in the real estate industry? Do you want to be a key person in our organization and contribute to the development and management of our properties, both those we own and the office spaces we rent? About the Position

As a property manager with us, you will have a central role in our operations. You will have overall responsibility for property management, which includes renting out premises, lease administration, government contacts, environmental and sustainability issues, as well as financial reporting. You will also be the contact person for our tenants and ensure that their needs and wishes are met. In our own premises in Karlstad, Arvika, and Sunne, you will be responsible for the work environment and fire safety as well as alarms and perimeter security. You will also support the operations in the tenant needs that exist, especially at the office in Karlstad.

Länsförsäkringar Värmland owns two apartments in Stockholm and a cabin in Långberget; you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of these as well as contact with partners.

The position is a permanent employment with start date according to agreement. A six-month probationary period may be applicable. The position is placed under the CEO, who will be your immediate supervisor.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education focused on, for example, construction technology or property economics/management or another background deemed equivalent, along with several years of experience in property management. You have experience in lease administration and property systems, preferably Hogia, as well as good knowledge of finance and budgeting. Experience with government contacts and reporting is also important, as well as knowledge of environmental and sustainability issues. As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and take great personal responsibility for your tasks. You have good communication skills, find it easy to build relationships with others, and are solution-oriented.
